Cesar Ornelas started as an entrepreneur at a very early age. He was involved with business ventures with his family ranging from selling items in his local area to non-profit organizations in South Texas. As soon as he graduated from law school, he began working on opening his own practice. His first office was run out of his apartment, with his desk serving as an office space as well as a kitchen table.

Cesar Ornelas was always interested in starting his own business, but these interests only increased through inspiration from his cousin, Joey. He has looked up to him for as long as he can remember, and his drive, and motivation helped encourage him to reach for the stars. Joey was a phenomenal baseball player and was on the road to get drafted. One night, as he was driving home, his tire de-treated and his vehicle rolled over. The rook on his truck collapsed, leaving him paralyzed. Joey’s accident was preventable, had the tire company manufactured the tire properly. It was at that moment that Cesar knew he wanted to be an advocate for victims like Joey. Today, he is passionate about holding big companies accountable for their actions and to ensure that accidents like Joey’s do not happen to others.

For the last few years, Cesar has had annual Turkey Giveaways for Thanksgiving, shoe giveaways for back to school, and toy drives for Christmas. They have fed thousands of families, given brand new shoes to thousands of kids, and provided Christmas to thousands of children. They are always looking for ways to help the community, whether it be sponsoring a local baseball team or through our involvement with the rotary club. Philanthropy is at the core of their business model.

Cesar Ornelas works around the clock. He is a firm believer that you have to out-work your competitors. Not only that, but he knows that his clients rely heavily on his firm. He wants to make sure that they work extremely hard for them. He thinks the biggest reason that he is successful is due to his tenacity, determination, and ability to overcome adversity.
